Can I change my Scan Alert preferences?

Yes, you can select whether or not you would like to receive Scan Alerts by email and/or text message.

Log into your membership, click on your name in the top right and choose Notifications from the dropdown menu. First, please verify your email address and mobile phone number. You can also toggle our SMS Scan Alerts off or on here.
