What do I do if there was no available campsite when I clicked the link in a Scan Alert?

Generally, there are 2 reasons why you may not find an available campsite on the Campground's reservation website after you click the link in one of our Scan Alerts:

  1. Already Booked: Someone got to the available campsite before you did and it is already reserved. That is why we encourage you to be as quick as possible to click the link in your scan alerts. Many of the Parks/Campgrounds we scan are hard to get reservations because they are highly sought after.

  2. Search Criteria: Please be sure to replicate your scan criteria from CampScanner into the reservation website for the campground. Specifically, enter the same dates and the same campsite filters, such as site type and RV length.
