1️⃣ Questions attached to products to collect additional data (like attendee names) on items that are purchased.

2️⃣ Enhanced form flexibility allows you to configure the order of your event form with products listed before your form questions.

3️⃣ Product caps ensure users only select one product within a given product group, such as campus tour times or orientation dates.

4️⃣ Volume pricing strategically prices products and offers discounts to families who purchase larger quantities.

5️⃣ Targeting criteria for products allows you to control which items are available to purchase based on community membership.

“Nudge the nudgers” with a new student checklist for parents

Reintroducing Admissions Dashboard — one of our most powerful tools to boost student yield! The Admissions Dashboard shows parents personalized student checklists and financial aid packages, helping them keep their students on track towards enrollment.

We’ve made Admissions Dashboard even more powerful with:

  • New Performance Dashboard widgets to show parent utilization metrics such as new account registrations and number of clicks on student data

  • Salesforce integration capabilities, empowering Salesforce users to achieve the same Admissions Dashboard benefits and yield gains

Level up parent communication and enrollment modeling with THREE integration updates

While most schools already enabled CRM integration with CampusESP, we’ve made it even easier to set up new integrations and improve existing integrations.

  1. Slate Suitcase helps you configure a two-way integration between Slate and CampusESP in less than 90 minutes. Not sure where to start? Pull Slate data into CampusESP to nudge parents with financial aid reminders, deposit deadlines, and more. Pull CampusESP data like Parent Promoter Score™ into Slate to elevate the parents whose students are most likely to enroll. Check out this guide to get started!

  2. Make Primary Key the unique parent identifier in CampusESP to keep your systems in lockstep. While parent email is the default unique identifier in CampusESP, you can now use a primary key (like GUID or Contact ID) as your unique identifier. This prevents the data exchange challenge that happens when a parent email is changed!

  3. Recurring Organization Workflow more regularly transitions families from prospective to current family communities throughout the summer as they register for classes, attend orientation, and prepare for the school year ahead.
