Schedule Poll Questions

Step 1 Create a poll and within poll configuration and settings choose the 'Schedule' option

OR Edit a drafted poll and choose the schedule option

Step 2 Under scheduling you can choose to schedule for a single time

Choose custom date and time fields highlighted in the Schedule poll panel, above the recurring option

OR set a recurring schedule by choosing the 'set recurring schedule' option

Step 3 You can modify scheduled content by navigating to the 'Schedule' tab under 'My Activities'

Edit scheduled polls (change dates, adjust cadence, or update the poll)

Step 1 Go to your 'Scheduled' tab under 'My Activity'

Step 2 Choose the 'view all x scheduled dates'

Set recurring schedule options with weekly repeat, Tuesday and Thursday selected, and an end date

Step 3 Modify individual dates and content per week

FAQs

  • Can I change the schedule after itā€™s set?
    Yes. You can modify dates/times, change the repeat pattern, or remove specific occurrences at any time from the scheduled poll.

  • Can I delete just one occurrence without deleting the whole schedule?
    Yes, delete the single scheduled date/occurrence you want to skip.

  • Will students see the poll before it publishes?
    No. Scheduled polls remain unpublished until their scheduled publish time.
