How to Add Points to a Poll

Step 1 Click '+ New Activity' in your course dashboard

Step 2 Click 'Question(s)' to create a new poll.

Step 3 Choose 'Generate with AI' or 'Create Manually' to create the poll

Step 4 Enter your question and choices in the poll builder

Step 5 Click Poll Settings to continue and set up scoring

Step 6 Enter the number of points to award, then check 'Count as participation' if applicable

Step 7 'Click Save' to finalize the poll with points assigned

Step 1 Click on 'My activities'

Step 2 You can check if your poll has points by checking on the status tag

Step 3 Click the three dots to the right of the post

Step 4 Select 'Edit' from the dropdown

Step 5 Configure the point settings

Step 6 Review the point summary, then click 'Update' to save
