How to Purchase a CampusKnot Subscription

💡Important: In-app purchases are not supported. To select a subscription, you need to log in to your CampusKnot account using a computer, iPad, or tablet web browser.

To select a subscription during a free trial, please follow the steps in the video below:

If you can't access CampusKnot without seeing a payment page (see the example below), it means your free trial is over.

Step 1 Click on your name in the bottom left corner of your screen

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu.

Step 2 Hit the 'Subscribe' button

Step 3 Select a plan (Silver or Gold)

Select a plan — Silver or Gold — based on your needs.

Step 3 Agree to the terms of use

Step 4 Fill in your credit card payment information and click 'Pay'

Discount Codes

Step 1 Type the code into the 'Access or Discount code' box

Step 2 Click the 'Apply code' button

Optionally enter an access or discount code, then click Apply code.

💡 PLEASE NOTE: If your school has one of these programs (First Day Complete, First Day, Equitable Access, Follett Access, Inclusive Access, etc.), the payment page will only show if you have opted out of them.
