Summaries are visible to students by default. To hide them from students, turn off the View Summaries permission in your course settings.
View AI Summaries
Step 1 Create a post or an open-ended poll question
Step 2 Click View AI Summary:
Inside a post, this option sits at the bottom right corner
Inside a poll, it sits at the bottom left corner
Step 3 Review the summary of student responses, comments, and questions
Note: If the response pool contains fewer than 50 characters total, a summary isn't generated and an error appears instead.
Regenerate a Summary
If new responses arrive after you generate a summary, refresh it to include them
Step 1 Click the 'Comment' icon inside Posts or the 'Submitted by x/x users' section inside open ended Polls
Step 2 Click Regenerate Summary
Step 3 Wait a few seconds for the updated summary to load
