How to Sync Grades from CampusKnot into your LMS (Faculty)

Before You Start:

Make sure your LMS account is linked to CampusKnot via LTI 1.3. If it isn't, see How to Sync Students from Your LMS Roster to CampusKnot

How to sync grades:

Step 1 Log in to your LMS

Step 2 Visit your course's materials page in your LMS, then click on the 'Launch Courseware'

Naming varies by institution (for example, Books and Tools or Course Materials)

Step 3 Choose the 'Sync grades' option

Step 4 Choose the sync grades you'd like to bring over into your LMS

Note: If a Sync Grades Errors message appears, no immediate action is needed. It means a few students have CampusKnot accounts but haven't connected them to Canvas yet. Click Continue Anyway, then enter those students' grades manually.

Step 5 Find the transferred grades in your Canvas grade book under the CampusKnot column
