What happens if I don't like the product I ordered?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your print or framed print.

We aim to deliver a 5-star product and service.

If the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging within 30 days of receiving the order.

If there is a delivery issue, please contact us immediately at help@capristudios.com. We can't refund or replace products where the delivery complaint is outside 30 days of the estimated delivery.

If there was a mistake on our part with the order details, we accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement. Please contact help@capristudios.com, and our customer service team will assist you. We can't refund or replace products where the complaint is outside 30 days of the delivery date.

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product, size, format, typing errors, color, or for any customer oversight or partial returns. In these cases, please contact help@capristudios.com, and customer service will help.

We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead, we offer to re-ship the order once returned, for a re-shipping fee pertinent to the country the order is re-shipping to. The re-shipping fee information for your country is available if you contact customer service at help@capristudios.com.

Digital files are nonrefundable.

Gift Cards:

There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards, and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
