What If I Approved the Wrong Proof?

What to do if you clicked approve by mistake or realized something was wrong afterward.

If you accidentally approved the wrong design, contact us immediately. We’ll try to help, but please note the following:

Production begins extremely fast

Our system connects directly with our printing partners, so once a proof is approved, the order is often sent to production within minutes.

Changes are not guaranteed

We can only modify or cancel an order if production has not yet started, and this is not guaranteed in any case due to how fast the fulfillment pipeline moves.

If you notify us quickly and production hasn't begun, we’ll reopen your proof so you can request edits or re-approve the correct version.

But if the order has already entered production, we are unable to stop, change, or cancel it — the print and frame start being manufactured automatically.
