If your incoming calls aren't ringing properly, it could be for a number of reasons. Here are some things you can check for:
Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode.
Make sure your device has allowed notification permissions for CaptionCall.
For iPhones
Open the Settings app
Tap on the CaptionCall app
Tap Notifications
Check if you are allowing notifications
For Androids
Open the Settings app
Tap Apps
Tap on the CaptionCall app
Tap Notifications
Check if you are allowing notifications
If you have an anti-virus enabled, try disabling it or whitelisting the CaptionCall app.
If you have a third-party ringtone app, try disabling it.
