To access the Voicemails inside the CaptionCall Mobile App, first you will want to Open the App and tap "Voicemail" on the bottom row (first tab).
Once you have selected "Voicemail" at the bottom, it will turn Green while the rest of the tabs next to it are grey.
A list of all voicemails will show. You will then want to tap on the name or phone number in which you're trying to retrieve.
Once you have selected the Voicemail you wish to play, it will appear with waves indicating sound was picked up.
(If the waves are not fluctuating, that means no voicemail with speaking or audio was left.)
From here you can:
Tap the Play icon to play the Voicemail.
Tap the speaker icon to put it on speaker.
Tap the red trash icon to delete the Voicemail.
Tap the Handset icon to call the person back instantly.
If you see anything appearing here that says, "transcript is unavailable" instead of the actual Voicemail transcript, this is a bug in the system.
To bypass this,
Navigate to the Dialpad tab inside the CaptionCall app
Dial *97 and then call with the Green Phone icon.
This will bring you directly to your voicemail system to retrieve the transcripts and hear the call.
