If you’re using Carebility on a tablet and can’t see or tap a button, it’s usually because the screen layout is adjusting to the smaller display. This can cause buttons to appear off-screen or be partially covered.
Try These Quick Fixes
Rotate your device
Switch between portrait and landscape mode. This often makes hidden buttons visible.
Scroll the page
Some buttons may be just outside the visible area. Scroll up, down, or sideways to check.
Zoom out slightly
If the page is zoomed in, buttons can be pushed off-screen. Use a pinch gesture to zoom out until the button appears.
Close the on-screen keyboard
If the keyboard is open, it may be covering the button. Tap Done or the keyboard hide icon to dismiss it.
Tap near the edge
On tablets, buttons can be close together or near the edge of the screen. Try tapping slightly above or below where the button appears.
