You may see a message that says:
“User is outside the allowed geofence area for this organization.”

This means your organization requires you to be at an approved location (like your workplace) to access training.

What does this mean?

  • The app checks your location to confirm you are at your facility

  • You must allow location access on your phone

  • If you are not at the approved location, access will be blocked

👉 In simple terms: You need to be physically at your facility to access the workspace

How to fix it

  1. Make sure you are at your facility

  2. Turn on location services for the Carebility app

  3. Reopen the app and try again

Enable location access

On iPhone:

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap Carebility

  • Tap Location

  • Select While Using the App

On Android:

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap Apps

  • Select Carebility

  • Tap Permissions → Location

  • Select Allow while using the app

Good to know

  • Your location is only checked when accessing the workspace

  • The app does not track your location in the background

  • Your progress will be saved if you leave the area
