How to Add the Carebility App to Your Device

How to get access to the Carebility app

You can access Carebility from your phone or tablet by using the Carebility mobile app. Please note that mobile app access must be enabled by your organization before users can log in.

đŸ“± iPhone / iPad (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the App Store on your device or click the QR code below.

  2. In the search bar, type Carebility.

  3. Select the Carebility app from the results.

  4. Tap Get, then Install.

  5. Once installed, open the app and log in using your Carebility credentials.

    Apple users can also scan the QR code below to install

đŸ“± Android (Google Play Store)- Coming soon

Android support is coming soon. The app is not yet available in the Google Play Store.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.

  2. Search for Carebility.

  3. Tap the Carebility app.

  4. Select Install.

  5. After installation, open the app and log in with your Carebility credentials.

✅Having Trouble Logging In or Accessing the App?

  • Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Carebility account.

  • If your organization uses an HR integration (like Dayforce), your login email must match what’s on file there.

  • If you have trouble logging in, your Admin or Supervisor can help confirm your account details.

  • Seeing an “Organization Not Enabled” error?
    This message means your organization has not yet enabled access to the Carebility app for your team. Once your organization turns on app access, you’ll be able to use Carebility normally.

    If you believe this is an error, please check with your Admin or Supervisor for next steps.

  • Seeing "Outside Allowed Geofence Area" error.

    This happens because your organization requires location verification, meaning you must be at an approved location (such as your workplace) for the app to grant access. Make sure you are on-site and that location services are enabled for the Carebility app.

đŸ“± How to Enable Location & Notifications on iPhone

📍 Turn on Location Services

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Carebility

  3. Tap Location

  4. Select “While Using the App”

👉 This allows the app to verify you are at your facility


🔔 Turn on Notifications

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Carebility

  3. Tap Notifications

  4. Toggle Allow Notifications ON


✅ Quick Tip

Make sure both Location Services and Notifications are turned on for the best experience using the app.

If you are at your facility and getting an error that you are out of range, please let us know the full name of the facility so we can get the latitude and longitude settings.
