ClearDent - How to manage Practitioner Schedule?

Manage your Practitioners’ Schedules in ClearDent, so that it best syncs to CareCru

Here is a quick guide to configuring your Practitioners’ Schedules in ClearDent.

It is a must for your Practitioners’ Schedules in ClearDent to be accurate because it will be synced to CareCru for your patients to use to submit Online Booking Requests.


1. On ClearDent’s main screen, click on the center of the Calendar icon

2. The ‘Scheduler’ window will appear. Click on the ‘Setting’ button, then ‘Provider Work Schedule’

3. The ‘Manage Work Schedule’ window appears.
Here you can add Add, Modify, Duplicate, or Remove schedule entries for your Practitioners (Providers). Be sure to check all your Practitioners’ schedules here to make sure they are accurate and do not conflict

Let’s take a look at the schedule of Practitioner ‘Melissa O’ (Code: M) for example.

4. Here is a “Working” schedule example. When you’re done configuring each of the fields to your liking, click OK to save settings

5. Here is a “Non-Working” schedule example. When you’re done configuring each of the fields to your liking, click OK to save settings, and then you can close all these windows
