How to verify Practitioner Schedules are syncing correctly

Where to check if your Practitioner Schedules from your PMS are syncing correctly to CareCru

For online scheduling to show the correct availabilities, it is important that the practitioner schedules in CareCru match the practitioner schedule set up in your practice management software.

To verify the practitioner schedule

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Click on the Practitioners tab at the top

  3. Click the Name of the Practitioner you want to verify the schedule for

  4. Click the Practitioner Schedule tab to view their schedule.

Compare your Practitioner Schedules here to their Schedules in your Practice Management Software to ensure they match.

If you spot a discrepancy, simply make the change in your practice management software, and CareCru will automatically sync that change.
