For online scheduling to show the correct availabilities, it is important that the practitioner schedules in CareCru match the practitioner schedule set up in your practice management software.
To verify the practitioner schedule
Go to Account Settings
Click on the Practitioners tab at the top
Click the Name of the Practitioner you want to verify the schedule for
Click the Practitioner Schedule tab to view their schedule.
Compare your Practitioner Schedules here to their Schedules in your Practice Management Software to ensure they match.
If you spot a discrepancy, simply make the change in your practice management software, and CareCru will automatically sync that change.

If your PMS handles the Office Hours schedule separately from the Practitioner Schedules, please review How to Verify Office Hours are Syncing Correctly.
If your PMS does not sync Chair data, you'll need to manually assign Chairs to your Practitioners in CareCru. Please review How to Assign Chairs to Practitioners if Sync Not Supported.
