For online scheduling to show the correct availabilities, it is important that the Office Hours in CareCru match the Office Hours set up in your practice management software (PMS).
After you’ve checked that the Office Hours are set up correctly in your PMS, go to CareCru and follow the steps below to verify the setup:
Go to Account Settings
Under Practice → click on Office Hours
Compare the Office Hours in CareCru to the Office Hours in your PMS to ensure they match. We recommend checking at least 3 months ahead.
If you spot a discrepancy, simply make the change in your practice management software, and CareCru will automatically sync that change.
💡Please Note:
Some PMS' do not sync a dedicated Office Hours schedule (ie: Tracker, Open Dental, Eaglesoft). In that case, you'll need to manually set up your Office Hours in CareCru's settings so that your Online Booking Widget displays the correct availabilities. Some PMS' do not separate the Office Hours schedule from the Practitioner Schedule (ie: Tracker, Open Dental, Eaglesoft). In that case, please review How to verify Practitioner Schedules are syncing correctly.
