How to manually set up Office Hours (if sync is not supported)

Learn how to manually setup Office Hours in CareCru in cases where your PMS doesn’t support data sync

It is crucial for your Office Hours to be correctly set up as appointment availabilities, in your Online Booking Widget, are based on the info here along with the Practitioner Schedules.

How to set up office hours in CareCru

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Click on Office Hours

3. To edit your Default Weekly Schedule → click each day of the week to access

4. Select if the Office Hours are Opened or Closed

5. If Open, edit the open and closing hours as well as add in any breaks, then click Update to save your changes

How to edit a specific date (Holiday Hours)

  1. Click on a specific date on the calendar

  2. Click the cog icon to access its schedule

  3. Update the changes and click Update to save your changes

    👀We recommend setting holiday hours for 3-6 months ahead.
