Here is a quick guide on ensuring that you properly set up your Office Hours in Dentrix, so that they correctly sync to CareCru.
Note: According to a best-practices article from Dentrix, they instruct you to set up your Practice Hours (‘Office Hours’ in CareCru) before Provider Hours (‘Practitioner Schedule’ in CareCru). Verify your Dentrix Practice Hours first, before verifying Provider Hours.
1. Click on ‘Appointment Book’ near the bottom of the Dentrix window
2. Click the ‘Setup’ menu → click ‘Practice Appointment Setup’
3. Click on '>>' and adjust the office hours
4. Set time limits and click on 'OK'
