OpenDental does not have a ‘general office hours’ settings area, and requires you to define the schedules for each individual Practitioner.
To check that your Practitioner Schedules and their Office Hours are correct:
Go to your Schedule Setup, it lets you view and enter all provider and employee schedules:
1. To view the schedule: in the Main Menu → click Setup → Schedules
2. The Schedule window will appear
