Here is a quick guide on ensuring that you properly setup your Office Hours in Power Practice, so that they correctly sync to CareCru.
1. In your ‘Appointment Scheduler’ window → click the ‘Notepad and Pencil’ icon
2. In the ‘Scheduler Options’ popup → click ‘Settings’
3. In the ‘Scheduler Option Settings’ → at the ‘Office Hours’ section → verify that your ‘Office Hours’ are correct
