In this quick guide, you will learn how to ensure your Practitioner (Producer) Schedules are set-up in Power Practice, so that the information can be read by CareCru.

🚨If you do not have your Practitioner Schedules set-up in Power Practice, CareCru will default to your Office Hours for any practitioner that is missing this data. This is because schedule data is required for your Online Scheduler to provide availability for your patients to submit Online Booking Requests.

Please review Power Practice’s 5-step guide to ensuring your Practitioner (Producer) Schedules are setup correctly:
Adding a Producer

Excerpt from the guide:

Topics covered:
-Producers: Create a new Producer and fill in their details.
-Chairs: Create a new Chair(s) for your producer.
-Linking: Link your producer to their new chair(s).
-Schedule: Create a work schedule for your new producer, including breaks.
-Columns: Adjust your Scheduler columns to accommodate your new producer.

💡Note: If a Practitioner (Producer) will be working adjusted hours from time-to-time (e.g. additional working-days, exceptions to existing working-days, time-off), be sure to check out this guide from Power Practice:
Holiday Hours: How to setup your scheduler

✅Once the above steps are complete, to verify if your Producer Hours are synced correctly to CareCru, please follow the instructions in this article:
