Here is a quick guide on ensuring that you properly setup your Office Hours for regular business days, closed Holidays and other special event office closures in ABELDent, so that they correctly sync to CareCru.
Regular Business Day Hours
In ABELDent:
1. Open the Appointment Scheduler
2. Click on Setup
3. Go to the Parameters tab
4. Ensure all data fields are filled in correctly and select OK

Closed Holidays and Special Event Office Closures
In ABELDent:
1. Open the Appointment Scheduler
2. Click on Block Time
3. Enter a description in the Reason field (ie: Thanksgiving)
4. Enter the applicable Dates From fields
5. Under Days to Block, select the applicable day(s) of the week
6. Under For Columns, ensure to enter all your chair numbers (ie: 1 to 25)
7. Under Reserved Times, ensure the first at field corresponds to the office hours
for that day as per the screenshot above for setting up Regular Business Day

8. For the units field, ensure that the length of the block is as long or preferably
longer than the office is open for
9. Ensure all data fields are filled in correctly and select Block Times
