How do I add a new suburb (missing suburb) into Careflo?

Explains how to add or edit suburbs that get added to the address dropdown

To add a new suburb simply head to the Admin module and click the “Suburbs” button. You can search all available suburbs in this screen to make sure you have not already added it.

Click the “Add suburb” button and enter the details of the suburb (see screenshot below).

The branch entry is only applicable if you have multiple branches and want to have specific suburbs per branch location. If you don’t have multiple branches then simply select your main branch (this is set to “Head Office” by default). 

The boost entry field can be used to give the suburb a different weighting when displaying suburbs but is not a mandatory field and can be left at the default level of 100. If you want a suburb to be listed at the top (i.e. out of alphabetical order) then simply enter a higher number (for example 200) and it will always show at the top of the suburb listing. This is useful when you have a lot of customers in the same suburb(s).
