Is there a way to add staff pay bands for people on salary? For example a support coordinator

Explains how paybands are used in Careflo and how payroll is prepared using hourly rates, and why fixed salaries are not in Careflo paybands

Paybands in Careflo are used to associate cost against visits so that you can see your profit against amount charged for services. The payroll itself is done as payroll preparation where each support worker, i.e. staff that perform visits, has the amount of hours against each rate type (e.g. Mon-Fri day rate) without giving a dollar total because this is what your payroll system is for.

So Careflo doesn't do salaries as such because a regular salary would be in your payroll system as an automatic rate when payroll is conducted or contractors are getting paid. To set staff up for visits that have salary you can add that person's hourly rate in their payband so that Careflo can show you cost per hour of service delivered, simply name the payband clearly as fixed salary so you don't add hours from the visits shown in Careflo into your payroll system when that person is on fixed salary regardless of how many hours of care they deliver.
