The staff module holds all the people in your organisation that works for you in Careflo. They can be people that perform direct services as visits, which requires them to be scheduled into appointments (visits). In Careflo they are called Support Workers. They can also be support coordinators, schedulers, administration staff, bookkeepers and other people that require access to Careflo to some capacity but do not go on visits. In Careflo they are called Staff (without being Support Worker).
To create a support worker create them as candidate first then convert to support worker. They only need the "Support Worker App" permission which means they can login and see the next 4 days of visits, including current day appointments so they can see the details and sign in/out and report any incidents

To create a general staff member you can click to Add Staff Member from the Staff module then Staff button. Give them the permissions to modules they need access to depending on what they need to see.
