Documents cannot be shared with support workers inside Careflo, they would need to have "Office user functionality" permission but that applies across all participants and clients. By default a support worker only has access to their own visits for the next 4 days.
When you add a new service visit to a service user note that you can there add notes to the support worker as text, but not as a document:

Best way to share a document with support workers is to store the document against the service user in Careflo then download and email it to them.
