Careflo does not have a spell check program of its own but you can still have spell check on text that you enter into Careflo by using Google Chrome. Other browsers likely have a similar feature.
To activate Spell checking if it is not on already simply follow these steps:
In Google Chrome browser, go to Settings. It is accessed via the top-right menu (three little dots then locate Settings).
Scroll all the way down and click on Advanced Settings.
Keep scrolling until you find the Languages section and activate Spell check. See screenshot below.
