Users are assigned to Nag Groups according to their roles and therefore only see Nags relevant to their jobs.
Nags may be system-generated or created manually.
A filtered list of “My Nags” is displayed on the Home Page. This list is also available in the Nags module, along with options to view All Nags.
It is good practice to monitor and action items on this list on a regular and consistent basis, ensuring that the health of the system is maintained, and all statutory requirements are met.
To action a Nag from the Home Page, click the Nag item you want to deal with. The Nag is displayed along with instructions on how to deal with it.
