Careflo has 20 different checklists available for lots of different processes such as adding staff, adding a support worker, completing finance (processing checklist), supplier checklist and so on.
You can see all these checklists under the Admin module and look for buttons with "Checklist" in them.Β

They all work the same way, in this example I will showcase the Finance processing checklist. Creating accurate checklists for your business ensures that your processes are being followed which is great for compliance purposes.

What does the checklist look like and how do I complete it?

The checklist is made up of various checklist items as a step in the process to follow. In the RED state it shows the step as "Not done", simply click on the step to make it GREEN and showing as "Done". You can toggle the step as "Done" or "Not done" multiple times.

How can I change the items in the list to suit my needs?

You can do the following to a checklist:

  1. Change the number of steps in the checklist. You can ADD a step by clicking the "Add Processing Checklist Item" button. The name of this button follows the checklist that you are adding the step to. You can REMOVE a step by clicking the "Toggle" button to switch between "Active" and "Disabled" meaning show / hide respectively.

  2. Update the name of a checklist step. Click the Arrow (or general area) of the step you want to edit and it will allow you to change the name of the step.

  3. Update the ordering of steps in the checklist. You can change the order of the steps by editing the step to change and increase or decrease the Boost value. The higher the Boost value the higher in the list it will be. Keep the Boost values unique.
