Information screen - What can I see and how can I search and find information items, complaints, incidents and other types

Information items are things that have been reported either as part of a visit in the support worker login when signing off a visit, or added directly in Careflo.

You can use this screen to view all the Information items added in your organisation.

Note on branches: If the service user AND support worker on an incident is in a Branch (by suburb/postcode they live in) then you can only see the information items in that branch.

How can I search the Information items on the screen

There are two main filters:

  1. Open (default). This shows all the items that have not been Closed yet.

  2. All. This shows Open and Closed Information items.

You can also use the search box to search by:

  1. Service User Name

  2. Service User Code

  3. Staff Name

  4. Staff Code

  5. Issue creation date

  6. Tag Names

Searching by something else will give empty result so you need to search by one of the above.
