We have made an improvement in Careflo based on customer feedback to limit the service users that a support coordinator can see down to the list of service users where they are the assigned support coordinator.
The change was put in place for support coordinators via a new permission so that Careflo focuses display to only the service users where you are set as the support coordinator. It also means you don't need to share sensitive information with support coordinators where they don't need to see it.
The permission is set in Admin -> {select user} -> Quick Permissions:
A service user where a particular support coordinator is set as the Support Coordinator is what they will see in that list, in other words they can only see the service users that they are assigned to.
β
So the only change you should need to make, is to set the support worker as the Support Coordinator on the service user:
What if they need to see all service users, not just where they are the support coordinator?
If the staff member needs to see all service users regardless of whether they are the support coordinator or not then you can change their permissions so they can still record support coordination timesheet entries and notes, and also see all the service users.
β
So the options are:
Simply set the support worker as the support coordinator for the service users they needs to see OR
Setup access for them to see all service users, as well as have ability to record support coordination timesheet entries then follow instructions here OR
If they need to see all service users but does not need to record timesheet entries then simply remove the Support Coordinator permission
