How to create shareable Information types in the Support Worker Application

Shareable notes make it easy for the office staff to choose information TAG types and share them with Support workers helping individual service users. These TAG types apply broadly to all service users, not to individual service users, simply make a new Information TAG.

How it works:

Here’s a quick guide for Office admin users sharing information:

1. Navigate to ADMIN>Information>Information TAGS

2. Choose between creating a new Information TAG or using an existing one.

3. For the TAG you want to share, select “Toggle Shared.”

4. Once activated, a shared status will appear, indicating that the TAG is now shareable.

Effortlessly information types and enhance the support visibility for each Service User.
