Planning the weekly sales meeting or going in to register an upcoming vacation?
Then you probably want to repeat your activity for several days. First one for each week, the other one for every day during one week.

This can easily be done if you "Copy" your activity. Here's how to do it:

Step 1.

Create a first activity. For example the day your next weekly meeting is scheduled or the first day of your vacation.

Step 2.

Open up the activity and mouse over the "more" button next to the "Save" button and select Copy.

Step 3.

Now you'll be able to choose when the activities should be copied.

Possible settings are:
From date - From when should the activities be created
Until date - Until when should the activities be created
Frequency - How often should the activities be created?
Select between each week, every working day, biweekly, every 3 week, every 4 week or every 8 week.
Copy reminders - If there are any reminders added to the first activity and you want to copy them to the other ones. Select yes.

Step 4.

Depending on what you've chosen in the settings, available dates that the activity will be created i displayed on the right side.

Deselect any dates that you don't want the activity to be created.

When you're all done, click SAVE.

Step 5.

If you check the calendar now, the activities are now copied.
