How to use the Pending Confirmation widget on your Dashboard

When creating your schedules, you can choose whether your caregivers will be required to confirm their attendance for that shift in advance. This widget will show you shifts where that confirmation has not been received from the caregiver.

The widget will show shifts scheduled for the current week by default, however you can use the date selector arrows to navigate to a different week.


You can remind your caregivers to confirm their shift(s) directly from the widget. To do this, check the box for each shift you wish to send a reminder for.

You can then use the green buttons at the top of the widget to send a reminder via either SMS or email.

The final button can be used to refresh the widget.
