User(s) will have the ability to exempt specific client profile(s) from overtime calculations on invoices.

Under office settings > billing, "Do you charge OT on client invoices?" is enabled, then agency will have the ability to exempt individual clients from overtime calculations. The system will give you three options as No charge, charges based on caregiver hours and charged based on client-caregiver hours.

If user selects No charge then there will be no overtime calculation. If charges based on caregiver hours are selected then based on the number of extra hours spent by a caregiver will be considered as overtime and billed to the clients. If charges based on client-caregiver hours is selected then overtime will be calculated for the specific client only.

The system will not charge overtime if the user checks the box for " Exempt Client for OT" on the main page of the client profile.
