There are four reports in CRM Reporting

List of all address book notes, with filters for Office, Status of the Profile, First Name, Last Name, or Company Name. Results include Name, Company Name, Type, and any Notes.

List of clients referred for a defined period. Results, grouped by source, include Name, Referral Date, Company Name and Admission type.

List of clients referred for a defined period with filters for Office and Territory (if applicable), Client Type and Client(s). Results include Name, Referral Date, Referral Type, Lead Source, Company Name and Contact Name.

List of clients referred for a defined period with filters for Office and Territory (if applicable). Results include Caller Name, Email, Client Name and Email, Gender, Client Type, Care Coordinator, Referral Date, Referral Source, Admission Type, Admission Date.
