Sometimes when doing a search on the Rate finde we might encounter that our local charges ar not showing when opening the detailed cost 😱💀
But we must not panic, there are a few steps we should check before 😉
First check you've marked the "Include Origin/destination charges" when doing your search.
The locals will then appear!
If we are still not seeing all the locals 😔 we must check if the local we are looking for is still valid.
Head to "Local charges" and the module you are doing the search on FLC or LCL
Here you can filter by type of charge, POL, POD, calculation type, carrier, amount and validity
We recommend to filter by Type and Carrier, (ej: BL fee, Maersk) and check the validity but also POL and POD to see if the charge applies. We may have to update the validity of the charge.
