Currently Cargofive manages your locales by processing and loading all those which are essential/non optional. However, there are other charges like the "BL amendment" the "Cession" or the "scanner extra stop" that are not considered as they are seen as optional on a shipment, this means that they won't be processed neither will they be showing on the rate finder when doing a search.
If you ever want a new charge added to your locals list, there's two options. First, you can email us with the info of the charge to be added. Second you can load the charge yourself if you're in a rush or just want to do it. Let's see how:
We are going to head to the contracts module > Surcharge List
And add the charge to the list > "+ Add surcharge" > fill in the Name and description
Once this is done we can head to locals module, Local charges > Local Charges FCL/LCL
Click on "+ Add new" and look for your surcharge
Fill in the info required and you're done! It will be available in your quotes and shown in the rate finder!
Extra tip ✨ If your charge applies to every port/country except a few, you can select the option "all" and a new box called "Except origin port/Country" will appear so you can discard those which do not correspond with the charge!
