Setting Up POS with CASA Loyalty: Complete Guide

Follow these simple steps to enable POS rewards for your customers:

Step 1: Enable POS in Shopify Admin

1. In Shopify Admin, search for "Sales channels"

2. Select "Point of Sale"

3. Click on "Settings" from the left menu

4. Click on "POS apps"

5. Locate "Loyalty POS Extension"

6. Look for the smart grid tile and click "Add"

7. You'll see a confirmation that it's been added

Step 2: Enable POS in CASA Loyalty

1. Open CASA Loyalty app

2. Click on "Settings" in the left menu

3. Navigate to the "Platform" tab

4. Click the blue "Edit" button

5. In the dropdown page, select "Online and in-store (POS)" to allow customers to earn and redeem points both online and in your physical store

Step 3: Set Up POS Redemption Methods

Now that POS is enabled, you can set up how customers redeem points in your store. CASA Loyalty offers two ways for POS redemption:

1. POS Amount Discount:

Let customers redeem points for fixed amount discounts (e.g., 100 points = $5 off)

2. POS Percentage Discount:

Let customers redeem points for percentage-based discounts (e.g., 100 points = 10% off)

That's it! Your POS system is now ready to handle CASA Loyalty rewards. Customers can earn and redeem points for their in-store purchases.
