Organising your client statements is easy to do from the Statements page.

Invite your clients

A quick one step process allows you to send an sms, email or both—with an invitation to securely provide their bank statements. You can see the message they'll receive as you invite them, which includes a direct link straight into the app.

Downloading statements

Once your client completes the process it will take less than a minute for CashDeck to download their statements. We’ll save them securely for you and send you an email to let you know when they’re available in your app.

When you’re ready, just download individual statements or all of them in one go—whatever suits you.

Accessing your income verifications

Once your client's income verification appears on your Statements page, just click on it and you will see two tabs—one for Statements, and one for Analysis.

The Statements tab

This is where you'll see a list of the accounts your client has sent statements for, organised by bank. Click on a line to expand the statement.

You can download individual statements or all of them at once. They will appear on your system as a CSV file so they can be used in most word processing applications like Excel.

The Analysis tab

Under this tab is the analysis of your client's spending. You'll see charts for Spending by Category and Ins and Outs. There's also a transactions list.

You can Download the Analysis as a CSV file.

Re-sending an invitation

If your client has forgotten to include an account in their download, you can re-enable the invitation for up to 5 days.

Removing an account from an Analysis

If your client has added an account you don't need to include in your Analysis, simply click on the Eye icon under the Accounts by Bank heading under the Statements tab.

Click on the Download Analysis button at the top of the page to re-download the report.

Reactivating an archived client.

You can easily unarchive an income verification using the link next to the Completed income verifications heading.
