You can re-enable any statement request for up to 5-days from the time it is completed by your client. This gives you a way to reactivate the link your client was sent, so they can add additional banks and accounts. Just find your Completed request, and if it has been completed within 5 days the Re-enable button will be available.

Using the re-enable option is better than creating a new request for the same client, this is due to billing considerations and the need to merge multiple requests to generate a consolidated report.

Key Points

  • Available for 5 days once a request is completed

  • Does not cost anything extra, if the 're-enable' button is available you are free to use it

  • If a multi-use link was used to create your clients' request, you need to click on the Resend button (see screenshot below) to send out a link to your client. This sends a new link to your client that is unique to your clients' request, and allows them to add additional banks to the same request.

Managing Pending Requests

When you re-enable a request it will display in your Pending request list. A Delete option is available if the request has never been completed previously.

If the request has been completed previously, there is no delete option. This is important for usage and billing purposes. Previously completed requests should be Re-confirmed. Once they show in your Completed list the Archive and Delete options are available for you if you need to delete the request completely. More information about Archiving and Deleting requests can be found here.
