Change Your Logo

If you are re-branding your business you can upload a new logo via the Branding tab.

  1. Click on Branding

  2. Click on Change Logo.

Any standard picture image format is supported i.e. JPEG or PNG etc. Once uploaded your new logo is applied automatically to email templates and your client portal.

Change Your Partner Details

Your Partner Details tab contains information that is client-facing. This information is used to populate your email signature, if sending emails directly from CashDeck, and within your client portal.

Click here for more information on Managing Your Partner Details.

Changing Your Login Details

If you are re-branding there is a good chance the email address you will be using day-to-day is changing too. You can easily update the email address used to sign-in to your CashDeck account by clicking on Your Account > Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Note, not all brokers sign in to CashDeck with an email address i.e. Connective brokers who sign in via Mercury/Nexus. If this is the case you can skip changing anything here.

Changing Your Sub-Domain

Note, not all Partner Accounts have the following feature.

If you have set up a custom sub-domain, the links that you send your client will have the custom sub-domain inserted in the link we provide to your client. This keeps the process centered on your brand and business.

Sub-domains need to be unique. So there is a chance your sub-domain is taken if you belong to a larger group.

In any case, get in contact with us via online chat if you would like to enquire about making a change to this link. At the changeover, any incompleted request links will be broken and no longer work, and new links may need to be issued.

The image below, shows an example of a sub-domain that is inserted into the link delivered to your client.
