The CCQ support team is ready to assist and answer any questions that may arise during registration and initial setup. Our service desk is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (GMT), and requests, enquiries, and feedback can be submitted here. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
Following the purchase of CCQ, the buyer will receive an email at the registered address containing a link to set a password for the system. You can then log in to the CCQ login page and get started. The subscription registrant has full administrator access to the purchased modules and system settings.
Upon login, the user arrives at their CCQ dashboard. The user's name is displayed in the top right corner, with a dropdown menu beneath it. Directly below the name is My account, where the user can view their profile information, module permissions, language settings, and dashboard settings, which can be customised to suit individual preferences for how data is displayed. On the User information tab, two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled by checking the box and following the instructions that appear alongside.
Below My account are the settings for the Company registered for the subscription and its module permissions. The company profile can also be accessed via Settings – Access – Company. If the organisation wishes to use SSO login for its users, see further details at the bottom of this document. Note that only CCQ system administrators have access to the company profile.
In the left-hand corner there is a shortcut to all modules included in the subscription, along with various settings and setup documents for CCQ.
SETTINGS
To help users get started, CCQ offers the option to populate default values for settings and reference documents. The purpose is to give new users an idea of the types of values expected when classifying documents. These values can of course be changed at any time, or you may choose to skip importing them and enter your own values manually. To import default values, select the relevant module — e.g. Settings – Module setup – Quality manual — click the Actions button in the top right corner, select Set default values (all), and then click Save setup document. This can be done in the same way for the other modules. These values should then be adjusted as needed to better suit the organisation's requirements.
SETTINGS – TEMPLATE documents (optional)
Standards – Legislation and regulations – User templates – Templates – Flowchart builder – User groups
Templates contain various predefined values used for classification. This is where standards, legislation, and regulations to be referenced are entered, and CCQ offers the option to import default values for these under Actions. User templates are an optional feature for creating different dashboards suited to specific groups — users can be assigned to a user template so that relevant data is displayed to them without requiring them to set up their own dashboards. A user's dashboard can be changed by selecting the relevant user from the list and then choosing Actions – Apply template to user and selecting a template from the list. Administrators can create user groups that function as either mailing groups or access groups (or both), and use them for document distribution and access control.
