Incidents Administrator

About the role of Incidents Administrator

S
Written by SusieQ

The Incidents Administrator has full access to the settings and configuration documents of the module.

CCQ System Administrator rights are no longer required to have full access to the setup and settings for Incidents. A new role has been introduced — CCQ Incidents Administrator — which grants these rights, but they are limited to the Incidents module.

To assign the rights, go to Settings - Access - Users and select a user from the list. Under the Permissions tab, check Incidents Administrator and save the document.

If the organisation uses SSO for login, we refer to the detailed instructions in the links below. In brief, a group needs to be selected or created in Active Directory for this role, the necessary registration on that side must be completed for the connection to CCQ, and finally the new group must be entered in the appropriate access field in the CCQ company document, under Settings - Access - Company on the Access tab.

See more about SSO connections and how such access is granted to CCQ here for Azure and ADFS.
