CCQ includes a Monitor where you can, among other things, create a rule that monitors whether read confirmation has been completed on published documents. You set how often the monitoring should run, and the system sends email notifications to those who have yet to confirm reading.
Note that you have to be a CCQ Administrator to be able to add monitoring rules.
