To add a new Vendor on Cedar, ensuring you can make global payments smoothly, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Start by logging into your Cedar platform.

Step 2 - Select the “Contacts” option from the main menu.

Step 3 - Click on the “New” button to start adding a new Vendor.

Step 4 - Fill in all necessary details of your Vendor, including bank information. Upload a sample invoice to validate their details, then click “Save” to submit.

Step 5 - The new Vendor will undergo approval. Once approved, their status updates to “Active,” enabling you to commence fund transfers to them.

This process is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring you can quickly add and pay your global suppliers through Cedar.
