3. How do I use the Chat?

Learn how much you can do from the Chat view.

As we explained in our article "Chat section view", the chat itself is looking for an experience similar to what we already know in WhatsApp Web.

Within this view, you will be able to filter according to the stage the lead belongs to (corresponding to your created funnels). You can also take advantage of the following tools:

Choose the stage of the funnel you want the lead to be in.

Note: According to the stages created in each funnel. Within the chat, you can decide in which stage you want that conversation to be.

Assign users to your team:

Note: In order for the people in your team to appear to you, they must have access to the funnel where the contact is located.

Assign a status to your conversations:

Note: Differentiate your conversations depending on the status you want to give them (No status ◻️, Urgent 🔥, Important ⭐️, Pending ⏳, Resolved ✅, Stuck 🧊).

Add Internal Notes:

Note: Add Internal Notes, these notes are entirely internal and will not be seen by the person you are conversing with. The only thing you need to fill out to add one, will be to give it a title and the body of the note.

Program Follow Ups:

Note: Follow Ups are scheduled messages and you can decide the date and time you want a message to arrive with the conversation you have active. It is important that the phone is connected at all times for this Follow Up to be sent successfully.

Perform a Manual Synchronization:

Note: In order to retrieve up to the last 25 messages that are not being reflected in the active chat.

Create Quick Replies:

Note: By clicking on the ⚡️ or by typing "/" to bring up the quick reply bank.
