Leads - This term refers to those contacts that have left their data and can be considered as potential customers of our products or services.

Funnel - It is the workplace where you can organize and keep an orderly process of each of your prospects, you can customize it according to the characteristics and needs of your business.

Owner - Account creator, has full control of the Leadsales platform.

Admin - This type of user allows you to edit and manage the Leadsales operation tools. Ideal for monitoring the activity of the account and the different teams.

Seller - Only has access to the tools that you assign to it and is exclusively designed to optimize sales conversion in a specialized way.

Directory - The directory allows you to view all your contacts (archived, active), and allows you to make massive movements to your contacts such as assignations, change stage, export, archive, unarchive or even delete leads.

Dashboard - This is the home screen of Leadsales, you can find news, integrations and add members of your team, as well as identify how many new messages and leads you have in the current month.

Analytics - In this section you will find metrics that tell you: how many customers and messages you have per day, messages sent, inbound and outbound customers.

Leadbot - This is the tool that allows you to set up an automated message to your customers, whether inbound, outbound or after hours.

Integrations - These refer to the communications channels that can be linked to Leadsales (Whatsapp Sandbox, Instagram, Whatsapp API, Telegram and Messenger).

WhatsApp Sandbox - It is a WhatsApp hack, that is, this integration serves works similar to a mirror, and its connection is via QR similar to Whatsapp Web.

WhatsApp API - It is the official integration of Whatsapp, this allows you to be connected without a QR code, but that number must be exclusive for WhatsApp because you can not use a physical phone.

Telegram - Communication channel that will have your existing Telegram account.

Messenger - Communication channel linked to your Facebook fanpage.

Instagram - Communication channel linked to the same Facebook account, this account must have a business or creator profile.

Workspace - It is the workspace where all your registered team will be located and where they will be working.

Workspace ID - It is the specific identifier of your account, each account has a different one.

Inbox - It is an independent stage that helps to better manage your automatic assignment similar to an inbox, it will also appear in all the funnels in which you will be working to visualize which leads are arriving at that moment and has the option to have automatic assignment.

Automatic Assignment - A tool that will allow you to assign incoming conversations to each user that is active.

Stage - Is or are the columns that help to differentiate the steps of a process established within a funnel.

Follow Up - Tool that allows you to schedule messages to arrive on the date and times established at the moment they are scheduled.

Status - Tool that indicates the current status of the lead (◻️ Neutral, 🔥 Urgent, ⭐️Important, ⏳Pending, 🧊Atorted, ✅Finished).

Tags - These are tags that can be provided to each conversation that helps differentiate one from another.

Inbound - Refers to inbound messages or leads.

Outbound - Refers to outbound messages or leads.
